what is buffering and flooding in NIC ?
Answer / Akriti Porwal
In networking, buffering refers to the temporary storage of data packets before they are transmitted. This helps to reduce packet loss due to congestion or delay in transmission. Flooding, on the other hand, is a network attack where a large number of packets are sent to all available destinations indiscriminately, overwhelming the network and causing performance issues.
