A call center is a set up where employees receive or make
calls depending on the contract they are in. An inbound
call centre is where people receive calls from customers/
clients and answer queries etc. Ex:- customer service
An out bound call centre is where employees make calls to
customers/clients.Ex:- sales calls, collection calls etc.
