Hi,
To take Backup fo ADS goto Start---programs----Accessories--
--SystemTools----Backup device and goto particular path of
which yuo want to take Backup and you can create Backup for
that particular file or folder.
Or
If you want to create Backup Domain Controller then goto
start----Run----and type DCPROMO and select BackUp Domain
Controller and Proceed with steps and you can create Backup
Domain Controller.

Easiest method is to use the "Windows Server Backup" feature which comes by default in MS Server 2k3/2k8, you just have to add the feature in Server Manager.

Or you can use other 3rd parties app like: Symantec/Veritas Backup Exec. which provides excellent features to backup Server systems. I am damn sure it is used by most Companies.
