The main difference is the speed i.e. 1x RTT supports 152
kbps and 1xEVDO gives a speed around 3.1 Mbps.

1>1x RTT there are 4 forward channel and two rev channel .
but in ev do that channel structure is different . control
channel and the rest is total data
2> the basic and major difference is 1x RTT is based upon
CDMA and 1x evdo is TDMA
3>speed of 1x RTT is 152 kbps and 3.1mbps for 1x evdo.

in 1x RTT there are 4 forward channel and two rev channel .

1) For 1xRTT has four forward and two reverse channels,
where as in EVDO channel structure is different.
2) 1x RTT supports upto 153.2 kbps of data, where as EVDO
supports upto 3.1Mbps.
3)In 1x RTT during measurement pilot power ratio , Traffic
power ratio are also taken into consideration; where as in
EVDO FTAP , RTAP with Slots are taken into consideration
