Hi Gaurav,

Share me your mail ID I can send you the dums....but do
understand that mere certification in ITIL can add less
value to ur profession..one have to know the implementation
part in details....for that you need a clear knowledge about
it..If you feel taking up training would cost a lot for ITIL
then it would be useful for you to contact some ITIL experts
or trainers personally to get a good knowledge on it...Becoz
i did the same...I worked out well..

Hi,
Dont trust on dums. you should more femilare with the
subject. I took the exam 1 month back, only 5% came from
it. So, have a strong knowledge on ITIL V3.
