System restore : Used to rolling back the system files,
registry keys, installed programs, etc., to a previous state
in the event of malfunctioning or failure.

Rolling back(Device Driver Rollback ):Used to quickly goto
the previous version of a device driver,if the updated
driver causes problems.

THE difference between system restore and driver roll back
is,system restore process will take you back to previously
install setting but must be configured first,roll back-
covers back up the drivers of a disk or program.
