hi , I m Ajay . i'v done my Bsc in 1997. my age 35 yrs .
i'v working knowledge in computer maintinance and
installation . it is possible to get job in call center as
technical support or system management in companies . i'v
also done redhat enterprise linux 4. (RHEL4) course.

hello ajay...sorry to say ...but dont go for call center
job...try to get some administration work so that u can
come up well in your carrier.since u have got back ground
experience in computer field dont loose the technical stuff

Centers seeks good communication Skills,English Knowledge
primarily rather than technical knowledge.Once you get
selected, they will train you with the technical knowledge
for 1 - 3 months. So don't worry,If you have better
Comm.Skills within you then go ahead with confidence.

i m sourabh i have worked for wipro BPO for 9 months as a
desktop support for us of dell computer i was appointed as
a fresher and i got up to 15000 in hand . you have enough
expereance with u so go for the desktop support u will
easily get arround 20 in hand and you can make up to wipro
technologies....
