Seeding is the process of starting the gab on every node.
when a new node is joining in the cluster it will seed from
the already running node once the seeding is completed then
only it will be able to start the HAD you can observe this
from gabtab -a output
Jeopardy is the state of a node in the cluster if the
cluster is running on only one private channel that is
called as jeopardy

seeding is nothing but one type of condition.If we have 3node cluster in that time we put seeding is 2nodes when the 2 nodes up in that time only the VCS will provide services to clients.
When the VCS failed minimum requirements in that time only the jeopardy will come.
