WebSphere Application Server, Tibco, Seebeyond, Vitria etc.

Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) is the integration
of new application software such as middleware tools with
existing software which provides the functionality that
supports the enterprise’s business processes.
A framework which allows rapid development and Reuse of
interfaces among Disparate enterprise systems by achieving
isolation of business logic and improved administrative
control.
There are basically two architecture HUB & SPOKE/BUS. Based
on that various integration tools are vailable in the
martket. Few of them are-
1) Hub & Spoke architecture- WebMethods – Integration
Platform, Vitria Technology – BusinessWare, WBI –
Collaborators, Connectors
2) Bus architecture- Tibco Active Enterprise , SeeBeyond

Hi, i am electronics and communication engineer and don't have any strong programming background. i only know basics of c and C++. Will doing training in TIBCO/Webmethods (4-5 weeks)help me to get an entry level job in any of the field. As i mentioned i don't have strong programming knowledge is any of them is a good career choice for me. if yes which one and can anyone help me to tell from where to start. if not is there any option to get into IT sector except QA.
