How do you build rapport with pediatric patients and establish effective communication with them and their families?
Answer / Reshu Kaler
Building rapport with children involves creating a safe, comfortable environment where they feel heard and valued. I take time to get to know each child on an individual level, engaging in conversations about their interests and experiences. With families, I maintain open lines of communication, actively listening to their concerns and involving them in the decision-making process as much as possible.
