To enable both 'Initialize of script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting' and 'Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting', follow these steps:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level.
3. Scroll down to the 'ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins' section, set it to 'Enable' for both options.
4. Click OK.
