Police checks are often required for visa applications. However, the specific requirements and process may vary depending on the country issuing the visa and the purpose of your visit.nnIn many cases, a police check does involve a personal interview. However, some countries offer alternatives such as online police clearance certificates or background checks without an in-person interview. It's best to consult with the embassy or consulate responsible for issuing visas to understand their specific requirements.
