"Record Groups in Oracle D2K Reports are used to group report data logically. They allow you to format and control the appearance of multiple report objects together. There are two types of Record Groups:
1. Static Record Group: A fixed-sized record group that contains a specific number of report objects.
2. Dynamic Record Group: A record group whose size can change depending on the data retrieved by the query."n
