The heavy chain of an antibody contains four distinct domains: VH (Variable region - Heavy chain), CH1 (Constant region - Heavy chain 1), CH2 (Constant region - Heavy chain 2), and CH3 or Cε (Constant region - Heavy chain 3, present only in IgE).
