Pros: Juries provide a more representative cross-section of the community, they offer an independent and impartial decision-making body, and they allow for the democratic principle of 'trial by peers'. Cons: Jurors may lack legal knowledge or understanding, they can be influenced by emotions or prejudices, and trials can become lengthy and costly due to jury service.

Note: Assignment should consist of about 200 words per case-let. I.e. totally 800 words (about 4 pages) for the Entire case study. Questions: Q1.
