Why does overfitting happen?
Answer / Santosh Kumar Bharati
Overfitting happens due to a variety of reasons such as having too many features or parameters in the model relative to the amount of training data, using complex models that capture noise instead of general patterns, not adequately validating the model with separate test data, and having noisy or biased training data.
