What are parametric models? Give an example.
Answer / Sunil Kumar Sagar
Parametric models are statistical models that describe the relationship between variables using a specific mathematical function with a fixed number of unknown parameters. These parameters are estimated from the data. An example is the linear regression model, which assumes a linear relationship between the dependent and independent variables.
