Well,its the part of game sometimes the ball is in urs
court, on the other hand same thing goes to urs
counterpart.Winning strategy is, if the solution is good
and gives benefits to urs company and its growth ,so Mr.
Manager why not to accept it. At the end of the day, ours
customers who r the fuel and backbone of the company r
getting choices eventually satisfaction and becomes the
company brand ambassadors.
I only say, sometimes matter goes to ones ego but be
careful u r not the only person in this organisation ,urs
single decision will make or mar the company.Better at that
time wear and think for the angle of the Company,its
employees and its customers.
Acceptance will boost the confidence and team sprit which
makes u and urs company the leader.
Looking forward to get more views from my management
brothers and sisters .Pls share urs views, knowing very
well everyone has faced this situation in his/her life .How
beautifully u tackle the situtation,pls do share it ,may be
it gives benefit to urs brothers and sisters.

Well, everyone has to face a situation in his life when
he/she falls in a compromising situation. I do believe that
compromise doesn't mean that you are wrong or others are
right. It, rather, means that you respect the feelings and
thoughts of others above your ego.

WE COMPROMISE ONLY WHEN WE DONT LEFT WITH OTHER OPTIONS AND
WE HAVE TRIED ALL OTHER OPTION FOR NOT TO COMPROMISE. IN
SUCH CASE CASE COMPROMISE IS BETTER BECAUSE IN THIS PROCESS
WE CAN SOME PROFITS OTHERWISE WE HAVE LOST EVEN THIS PART
AND IN BUSINESS SCENARIOS THERE AR MANY SITUATION WHEN
SELLER AND BUYER BOTH HAS TO MAKE COMPROMISES . FOR EXAMPLE
IN THE SUPPLY CAIN PROFITABILITY WHERE MANUFACTURER
SUPPLYING TO DISTRIBUTOR NOW DISTRIBUTOR WILL ORDER AS MUCH
AS HE IS HAVING REQUIREMENT BUT MANUFACTURER WANTS HIM TO
INCREASE THE VOLUMES BUT DISTRIBUTOR THEN ASK FOR THE
DISCOUNTS , MORE CREDIT LIMITS ETC NOW I THIS SITUATION HE
HAS TO COMPROMISE WTH HIM SO THAT HE CAN INCREASE THE
VOLUMES AND SUCH EQUATIONS ALSO ARISES DURIN MANY PHASES OF
LIFE WHERE WE HAVE TO COMPROMISE ACCORDING TO CIRCUMSATANCES
AROUND US BUT COMPROMISE IS LAST STEP BEFORE THIS WE MUST
TRY ALL OTHER MEANS TO GET BALL IN OUR COURT.
