How do you implement an application without queues and topics in JAVACAPS source: file, DEST: Any D..

It is possible to establish the application like such, but
incase of DB goes down then this middleware tool will be of
no use.

Also, otd is mandatory to connect to DB, here we use 2 otd's
to establish connection.
