AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE WHICH DEALER HAS TIN NO. WE CAN PROVIDE HIM TAX INVOICE. TIN NO. IS IN 11 DIGITS NUMERICAL NO. AND ONLY THOSE DEALERS CAN GET TIN NO. WHOSE TURN OVER IS MORE THAN 10 LACS. RETAIL INVOICE WE CAN GIVE THAT PERSON WHO HAS NOT TIN NO.

tax invoice is related to state whenever we made local sales of goods we issued that party tax invoice bill who has tin no. on the other hand retail invoice means that bills which is issued to interstate dealers with 2% tax and against c form and with 5% tax which party has not registered under cst. and ones other case Retail invoice can be issued to local area party if he has not tin no and only it can issue in one condition that is amount. if u r issuing retail invoice in local area that bill amount in case receiving cash will be 20000
