Earlier oh and by the way guys It's NOT an interview
question its just a general question I had. anyway here's
what I found:

some external requirements of a manager include:

• Establish working relationships with users to secure the
requirements
• Establish working relationships with the sponsor to secure
senior management support
• Identify needs and secure resources
• Report on project status and progress
