the bucket size is 10KB.it takes 0.0001 KB/milisec to fill
bucket.the bucket takes 100 or 1000 milisec to reach to
destination.it takes 100 milisec to pass acknowledgement
from dest to source.so calculate how much time will it take
to pass N KB ,write formula.

if the time is only to pass N Kb of data without taking
into consideration the acknowledge time
then the formula will be:
Time taken to fill data + time taken to pass the data to
destinatiion i.e
(1*n*10^5)+(n*100) ms
where the first bracket is calculated as
(explanation:since it fills .0001 Kb data in 1 ms the time
taken to fill N kb data will be
(1*n*10^5))
similarly 2nd bracket is calculated as
(explanation:from the question it is understood that
to pass 10 Kb data it takess 1000 ms therefore to pass N kb
data it will take (n*100 ms))
also,
if time for acknowledgement is also considered then
just add 100 ms to the answer derived from the above formula
