Yes, definitely this middleware technology will help you in future.This is a IBM product and Now-a-days it is popular in every IT industry.
In this, you have to remember only some commands(MQSC and MQSI) and some UNIX commands. So no need to take tension on coding.
Both IBM MQ and MB will help u a lot and it'll also build a good career and after gaining the experience on this then salary package will be more in future.
Overall it's a good middleware technology.
