We can make free space in hard disk and install new OS in
that free space.
Another way can be by installing Vm Manager an then
installing new OS on it.

U can install both OS on different free partition on same
machine and with the help of grub/boot loader, OS can be
boot using dual booting mechanism. U can modify grub.conf
entry to boot any of two OS as per ur choice.
