In safe mode : require for system drives, services will
load, no access of local area connection. its easy for
troubleshoot.
In normal mode : all services, drivers, and access of local
area internet connection.

mostly for major troubleshooting safe mode option is always
helpful.

Hi,

If anyone is not able to access system in normal mode then
they usually run the system in Safemode to to access data
on system .One uses safemode for Restoring Data of a
particular system.
