hello friend
in every banking interview hr asked me this kind of
question.
because.our IT industry is dependendent on europe and
american market.they outsourced there work .its a base for
it industry,if they change there outsourcing based policy
so its directly affected our it sector.we also face such a
condition at the time of global slowdown.
but our banking industry are fully strong .our indian
nationaloze bank shows fantastic growth at the time of
recession .as well as they start recruitment ,at the same
time it industry believe on cast cutting .
i think its a one of perfect answer .


its a comarision with it .
but try to compare other industry.


in gd .
i think u have to think about some impressive keyword
related to topic.it acts like a bullet.
its depend on topic .
let we discus more about it
just send some topic who faces gd round..

mine int is on 26 july in Chandigarh. I spoke to one of the
recently selected PO... she told me GD can be on the any of
d topics which were famous in news recently.... and int is
to judge our oer all personality... dey donn expect us to b
a banker... yaa if u hav exp in banking den b prepared for
question oderwise its related to your resume only... plz

dear friends, this is one of most awaited result for around
1.5 lac students, who appeared for the exam. out of those
around 3500 students are selected, if i go by my past
experience.
first of all i would like to tell you that 2nd stage
comprise of GP and PI. and selection will be made based on
composite score of written and gd/pi. the weighted given to
GD/PI is around 20% and for written is 80%. means we all
have played our most of cards.
next, the topic in GD are very general in nature and
question in PI may be on like - tell us about yourself,
about your education, hobbies, general knowledge and general
awareness.

Is an RBI Grade B officer likely to be transferred once he is allocated a position at one of the RBI branches? I am currently a PO in SBI. Compared to that, can you kindly inform me: 1) Is the chance to be allocated to your home state more in RBI? 2)Is an RBI Grade B officer likely to be transferred once he is allocated a position at one of the RBI branches? 3) Is the salary,job satisfaction, comparable workload, pension etc substantially better in RBI than in SBI? I can't find reliable information on this anywhere. Kindly enlighten me if possible.
