hello friends, my hubby is living in London. i also want to
go there. after a week i m going for the visa interview but
which questions may be ask by interview officer to me??? and
which documents i want to bring with me??? please give me
the right suggestion as fast as possible. i am very confuse.

hii,u will not be asked too many questions because you are going to UK on a dependant visa.You will be asked about your husaband"s job,about the place you are going to stay.I came to London three months back on as a dependant of my hubby.the documents that u need to carry are:
Your Pass port
Xerox copy of your husband"s Visa
His bank statements from last one year
Tenancy agreement from your House Owner in London
Visa Application
An amount of 56,400 to pay for visa there
your marriage certificate
your marriage pics
U will be asked to give ur biometrics ie..,ur finger prints.

Hi , This is Madhusudan from India. I have applied for HSMP when I was in India(6months back) and I got approval also . Right Now I am in Canada on workpermit for my Company assignment.I have to be here for 1 year 6 months. My HSMP aprroval is valied till Feb2009. Is Police Checking Done for getting visa confirmation as that done when we have applied for passport?? If police checking doesnot include personal interview by police officals, then how is police clearance done for getting visa.......... Please reply soon if any one knows

I am supposed to sit exams in the UK for 2 days. I am told I am supposed to apply for a student Visitor VISA. However I am told for one to get a student visitor visa, the institution conducting the course MUST be accredited by British Accreditation Council (BAC) or Accreditation UK. In my case, I am undertaking an internationally recognized professional qualification that is provided by a short course provide in the UK that is not accredited by the UK border agency. I have been accepted on a course of study and I have also received a letter from the institution inviting me for the exams. Can I still apply for a UK student visitor visa/ what should I do since I only need 2 days to be able to sit these exams and these exams are only scheduled in the UK?

Hi, I am going to re-apply for my UK work permit visa. First time it got refused. As I went there on business visa and stayed there for 5 months. As I stayed there for 5 months and no explanation was provided from my side why I stayed there for such a long time. On this basic they refused my visa. Now I am going to reapply, and according to my knowledge they will ask for an interview. Can any one suggest me what all questions they will ask me? How I need to respond to it?
