Lets say that for example, the sales in 1994 were 100. If the sales decreased by 80%, then the sales in 1995 would be 20. The question states that the sales for 1996 were the same as 1994, so it would also be 100. However, to find out the increase in percent between 1995 and 1996, you have to find out what percent of 20 is 80. The answer is 400%

at 1994 to 1995 that 100rs sales decreased by 80%[as per

that means at end of 1994 to 1995 the actual sale was rs20
now they did some sale at 1995 to 1996
now as per the question sale of 1996 end = sale of 1994 end
that mean sale of 1994 end was 100rs = sale of 1996 is also
100rs
here answer is 80%
