MMSC doesnot do the authentication process, it is the
radius server in the GPRS network which do authentication
and accounting, if the particular MSISDN doesnot have
subscribed service for MMS, then authentication error comes
from AAA server.

Before landing the mms message on MMSC it is landing on
Radius server .Radius works the on AAA
(Authentication,Authorization, Accounting)here it verifies
for the particular MSISDN , if it not provisioned or
subscribed then it gives the error as 'Authentication
error'.
