LOD: signal to noise ratio 3Or2:1
LOQ : signal to noise ratio 10:1
According to ICH Q2B

Answer / omkar singh yadav
LOD is 3-10 by siganal to noise ratio.
LOQ is 10-30 by siganal to noise raito
LOD = 10*Standard deviation/ slope of calibration curve
LOQ = 3.3*standard devition/ slope of calibrtion curve
Standard devation is calculating in many ways.
in Simple Linerity curve it is also called Styrex.
For Japan market is calclted as Standard error and slope
is calculated as X-variable.
There are so many ways to calculate the LOQ and LOD
