i found that in some of the intel mother boards some bulged capacitors cause this problem when the system restarts while u working...
if d system restarts after windows logo at d time of booting it might be os file corrupted...2nd repair option will be d solution...
might be a smps problem
check the cpu cooling fan is properly rotating..if the processor gets heated it will restarts the system

Cant create New folder: On Vista OS New folder not get

Windows problem resole is u chkdsk command

following Possibilty
1) Due to RAM Faulty so Replace the Ram.
2) SMPS Faulty So Checked it
3) Motherboard / BIOS Problem - Checked it.
4) Hard Disk - Bad Sector. Run Chkdsk Utility
5) Operating System -Boot File Corrupt. Format Full System.
6) Hard Disk - Master Boot Record Corrupt. Replace HDD.
7) Incompiliable extrenal Card like Sound, Lan etc.Remove
it.
8) OS- Virus Problem . Scan Antivirus like AVG, AVAST,
Quick Heal, Norton etc.
9) CPU Over Heating . Cool System use.

One reason could be the Processor temp could be high,
toprevent the system to get fire the system will restart
itselfwithout any warning.
Even if you check the checkbox in the advance properties in
windows, the system will restart automatically.
One way it can be rectified is apply heatsink under the CPU
