the answer is...
as i m doing engineering, i really don't get time,out of my
studies.we spend all the time being a book-worm. but bpo is
something which connects people,we get a chance to talk to
people of different kinds..to share our thoughts..to chill out
..we actually get relief from a boring world.these small
things take us higher..n also it helps us to improve our
accent and pronunciation which is badly needed in any kind of
field now-a-days.i think..all these things are possible
through bpo only.

salenas answer is correct...i just adding few words....in
todays world B.Tech/Software Engineer means not only a code
bug(lol) theres many aspects like marketing...marketing and
selling plays in every organisation directly or indirectly
u must be a good communicator too for that. So Call
center/BPO..helps u to be more smarter,soft skills and
better communications.
