I've been offered to study in the UK and am trying to apply for a Tier 4 Student Visa, however, I don't have my father's information and he's not listed on my birth certificate. The online application requires his information.. any suggestions? I have no contact with my biological father and no records on him.

Hello, im living in the philippines, I have a close relative in UK, she's working in uk for almost 20yrs, and she already have her british passport. Right Now I am in Canada on workpermit for my Company assignment.I have to be here for 1 year 6 months. My HSMP aprroval is valied till Feb2009. Hi. I was rejected a US student Visa(F1 Category) twice - once on 11th June 2012 and then again on 26th June 2012. The denial was because I wasn't able to prove home ties to my country and was handed a 214(b) booklet explaining more about the rejection. I have been accepted into 5 uni's in the UK for an under graduation course in Management and I have decided to attend Brunel University (Highly Trusted Sponsor) hence I will have to apply for UK Tier 4 Visa. In the UK visa application I will mention about my denials as I do not want to take a risk but is there any way to improve my chances? There is a specific column where in you can explain more about your application --So what can i mention there??? I will have more than required finances and I am also required to pay 4500 pounds to receive CAS(Will that be a positive point that I have already paid a part of tuition fee?). I have a very good academic background if that helps. Any suggestion is appreciated. Thank you, Please shed every piece of info and advice you can.
