i have visited us onceson b1 visa . 2nd time when applied for student visa it was rejected however my profile was good 81 in toefl...71% in high school with science stream.now iam applying again for spring 2010.last time VO ask me that u apply again for visa but i haven't appllied.what should i do????
2663i am a student from nepal applying for f-1 student visa to study in usa. i have sufficent funds for study purpose with my maternal uncle being a sponsor from US. i have some ties to the country like, property, assets, and i am the only son. but there is only one problem i have score 62.13% in SLC but in 10+2 it is only 52.60% and IELTS score of 6.0. that means i am not a serious student, can this problem cause for the denial of visa, please answer it, if no then please suggest me what to do? or please provide me a reason for " why low marks "

Hello Fellas, I am about to see my interview in few days. My university expense is about 14000$ for one year.Its a 2 year course so that leads to a total to 28000$. For that we have about 1200000Rs in bank account(arnd 26500 $) other then this an investment proof of 2Lacs (4000$)+ 9 Lacs of gold(20000 $)+ 8-9 Lacs(18-20 K$) in my father's pf acct. On income side parents have well over 8 lacs rs((18000$) per year income. On fixed asset site a house worth: 12000000 Rs(250000$)+ a office worth 40000$ first please guide me will it be sufficient? I have a boyfriend who is Mexican and is interested in coming to the US to study English ( he has a degree in international relations). He's interested in studying at a language school. If he chooses to study part time he can study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to obtain given that he recently has been working in france for 9 months. Also would it hurt or harm him to say that i would sponsor him?

hello sir sir i want to let you know that my application had been not checked at the mumbai embassy they straight away told me that i belong to southern region and i must go to chennai. now, i am planning for chennai embassy will there be any question about why u went to mumbai first as i want to describe in briefly that uptill my intermediate i completed my studies in mumbai and then i came to hyderabad and completed my undergraduation so even my parents stay in mumbai even i have a home over there.my dad is a government employee there so what should i have to say at the interview if they asks me why i first went to mumbai embassy.

I had 5 backlogs and i said i had 3 backlogs.lied to visa officer about the backlogs.luck was not on my side he asked my marks sheet and he came to know that there are 5 backlogs and he asked me...i explained him that according to our university we can takeoff 2 subjects which is true and vo is slightly convinced but not sure he continued interview ...should there be any problem if i apply second time.
