I have a valid H4 visa which I got last month. But now, I have got an onsite oppurtunity in my current project and my company would initiate L1B individual VISA for me. Will my H4 visa affect my L1B??
3926i am yet to finish my bpharmacy but my gre score is 278 my question that i have around 20 backlogs and the reason i couldnt clear them on time was due to health reasons wat are my chances of getting through the visa interview but the plus pt is i have been to the us as a tourist . is it necessary that i shud show my health certificate to prove that i was indeed ill the thing is that i have wasted 2 yrs writing my backlogs but in the mean time i have also worked in a pharma company for abt 1and half yrs so there any scope.

Hi I've got a work permit to UK which is stamped (visa) in the year 2009 march. Due to some reason I have not travelled so far(2010 march). But the job offer is still open for me and also the Visa is valid till to 2011 march. Now my query is ... Can I travel to UK? for that Do I have to notify at UK ambassy in India that I'm travelling. My company processed the H1B visa for. Propably I will get the interview date by next month. I have 20 days overlap in one of my previous experience. i.e. Company A Service certificate shows 4 Jan 2005 to 25 Jun 2006, Company B shows 5 Jun 2006 to 16 Apr 2008. Hi, I went to the USA in Feb 2008 on an H4 visa, there i applied and got an H1 visa. However for some reason i had to get back to my country- India in Nov 2008 - Now, i am going back to the USA next month as my husband has got a job opportunity there. I have a few queries : If i go on my H4 Visa, will my H1 visa still be valid? Should i go for a stamping againg for my H4 visa. My H4 will expire only in the later months, do i still need to get it stamped in my scenerio I do not have a job currently in the US. can i go on my dependant Visa as my husband is in the US. Look for a job and then get my Visa stamped . Please suggest.
