hi.. i am 25 years old and i passed b.com degree with 49 % marks only. I have applied for "NORTH MALABAR GRAMIN BANK" officer scale -1 exam since all degree holders can apply for it. I would like to know if i got a chance if i cleared the bank test with a high score.Will they consider my degree marks during interview? or is it that only my performance in bank test is what matters? do i have a chance ?

Compared to that, can you kindly inform me: 1) Is the chance to be allocated to your home state more in RBI? 2)Is an RBI Grade B officer likely to be transferred once he is allocated a position at one of the RBI branches? 3) Is the salary,job satisfaction, comparable workload, pension etc substantially better in RBI than in SBI? If the panel asks me "How will you apply your knowledge of economics in this job" What should be my answer? i a aware at banks are all about finance and economics, but that knowledge will be used at 'Senior management level'.
