8085 is based on Von-Neumann architecture in which the data
and instructions are in the same memory space without any
distinction between them.8085 is CISC (Complex Instruction
Set Computer.
8085 is a 8 bit processor ie 8 bit data bus. Has got 16
Address Lines. Maximum Operating speed is 3MHz. 8085-A
Operates upto a maximum of 5MHz.
8086 is a 16 bit processor. Has got 20 address lines.
Operates upto 5MHz
