& WORLD RATED IN THEIR 2007 LISTING.

hi im afreen rafee i got the usa f1 visa on july 19 2010..nw i want to take my baby along with me ..i got my baby i20 as well as my exentension i20 ..i just want to knw if i wont convice vo wil they reject my visa???plz reply soon early reply will b appreciated . visa once given can it b rejected?

hi, i got my visa rejected bcos of fake documents(financial and experience)... my consultancy opened an account and deposited the amount till my visa interview....and the consulate found it out and i was rejected the f1 visa...i attempted twice again but in vain. so i deffered my admission and i have been issued a fresh i20 and also availed loan from bank...so planning to apply for visa but could u please help me out about whether i can get the visa after all that happened and if yes can u give me few tips

HI iam from delhi . my VISA rejected Twice . i applied SSU california . I have done MCA & 3 year Exp wid IT MNC. now i want go for MBA. Got my I-20. 1st time due to some SEVIS issue but VO said u will not come back thats why i cant issue visa. Iam showing 3 crore 88 lac rupees in my CA statement . 2nd time VO said u have enough Qualification so u dont need MBA ... my frnd already got Visa in same university. plezzzz soem 1 help me ... Hello, I request you guys to help me I am in need. Here is my situation: I got denial on Jan 15-2010. University where I applied: California international University (small university,course was international business studies) Sponsors: Were in USA(my sister) Family Situation: Father in Govt service Mother LIC Agent A Younger Brother(who is well settled) According to me I got denial cause I have sponsor over there. Now please suggest me what changes I should bring So that I ll get VISA. I have thought of few : Like in DS 156 not to mention about my younger brother so that it will be like "I am the only son & I have the responsibility to take-care of my parents"(though I know that they have my past records). Secondly: This time sponsor ship will come from my side (I ll manage that). If you guys have another inputs then please temme ASAP. Thanks in advance.
i have 12 backlogs in my btech and 18 certificates in total...my question is will the visa officer consider my backlogs or certificates??many told me that u will have a problem if u have too many certificates...will he prefer the final certificate or all these certificates?please do answe r me...i have 85%in 10th and 80% in 12th and 65 in btech...312 gre score and 110 toefl..will he consider me?

I have completed my high school in 2005 and after that did a one year course of computer till 2006 and after that was helping my parents with there business till 2007 June. I then completed my swift course in NIIT which was a four months course and in midway appeared for the TOEFL exams. PLZ HELP ME..hi frnds .my visa got rejected on june 15th.i think it might b due to my less gre score.i scored 810 in gre n 88 in toefl.vo askd me these ques..1.y this university? 2.wht specialization u want to do in ur field? 3.whts ur aggregate in ur graduation? 4.how many backlogs? 5.whts ur gre? i answered all well but she told tht u r not qalified.i didnt askd the reason.again i am applying on july 8th.wht reason i shud give if they ask y u got rejected for the first time and wht reason i shud give for my less gre score.i heard tht many persons got visa who r much less than me in gre score.my aggregate is 62% n only 2 backlogs in graduation tht too cleared in first atempt.plz help me out...
