the basic in sap crm is u should know the some business
process , and u have to map , if u find the logic in crm it
is very easy ,in crm we have modules like sales , service
and mktg . and channels are cic (win and web client )abd
mobile sales and internet sales so , for every business
improvement they might be use any one , for ther requerment
so have to analyis og business process
