Call Center is where the customer can find help.. at any
time.. and where the agents can provide those answers with
a patient manner ... something like that.. :)

Hi Friends, Can anyone send me a Six Sigma question bank with answers on my email id : apexin2009@gmail.com. I am a quality manager in a Mulitnational Company. I have to design a question paper for my already trained green belts and black belts. I had a great knowledge base on six sigma at my home pc but since the mother board has gone bad and it has gobe for repair, I am not able to design a question paper. Please send me a question bank if anyone of you has it. I know that these things are really valuable but I would be highly obliged if you can do this favour. I have completed my graduation in B.A.(Eco) I have 3 - 4 years experiance in staff (Back office). 2 years in office assistant and 1 year in computer operator. from last 7 months I am doing work as Account assistant. I want to join call center so please tell me how to face the intervies of call centers and how should I have present my job profile to them ?
I have BCA degree but it correspondence study, during my study time I am in a company so I have 3 years experience and also mention in my resume that I have done my degree crom correspondence, they send me a mail to attend the interview. Does they accept my candidature as I am from correspondence study? Plz reply soon.
