hi iam abdul from hyderabad is there any possibility to get an admisn for masters degree from good university in usa with 15-20 backlogs in engineering? but i got 88% in ssc,89% in inter,1020 in GRE and 89 in toefl?

I have applied for a few US universities for MS in EE for fall 09.Passed out B.Tech in 2004 with 67.6% and 9 backlogs,did PGDBA from Symbiosis through distance learning from 2005-2007 and 1 yr Graduate Diploma in Telecomm. Engg from Melbourne,Australia in 2007. My GRE 1250 and ielts 7 i am worried whether the gap in my studies and backlogs can create a problem.Why USA n not Australia for MS?

I have a boyfriend who is Mexican and is interested in coming to the US to study English ( he has a degree in international relations). He's interested in studying at a language school. If he chooses to study part time he can study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to obtain given that he recently has been working in france for 9 months. Also would it hurt or harm him to say that i would sponsor him?

Hi, I have a L1B filed by my employer which is valid till 10/10/10. I quit my employer few months back and the L1B is not valid. I am planning to take up Higher studies in US and apply for F1 Student visa. I am concerned that being in India, will I be able to apply for F1 with L1B valid till 10/10? I believe i need to cancel the L1B and I am wondering how to proceed with the cancellation. Please advise!
I mr videsh reddy mandala.I had complete be in b/w july 2001/05.My home town is hyderabad.Actually the thing is I had applied for F1 visa in bombay on nov2006 and I was redirected to chennai.There in chennai I was rejected. I have completed my P.G Diploma Form U.K and now i want to study Global MBA in U.S.A. I have applied to U.S.A Visa Three Times. I have applied 2 times From London U.S Embassy for visit Visa (b2) and one time From New Delhi for Student F1 Visa for Southern new Hampshire University. Now i am applying for the same university. All the 3 times i was rejected under section 214(b). This will be 4th U.S Visa Interview. My Sponsor is my Uncle who is U.S Citizen my father due to some loss in business he could not able to support me my father is having only Rs 6-8 Lacs in his A/C which is not sufficient for university which i have selected. Please guide as i have to face interview in next month. What will be the chances of getting visa?
