My passport is valid for barely a month beyond my studies
so what do I do?
In my I-20 the date my studies in the US ends is 5th
June,2011 but my passport expires 3rd July 2011. Do i need
to do anything about this before going for my visa
interview which is almost by the corner?

don't worry they rquire only valid passport of 6 month
after words u can update there also..

If one is rejected once does this affect his/ her second interview.are chances less in the 2nd one 2 get visa.
HI iam from delhi . my VISA rejected Twice . i applied SSU california . I have done MCA & 3 year Exp wid IT MNC. now i want go for MBA. Got my I-20. 1st time due to some SEVIS issue but VO said u will not come back thats why i cant issue visa. Iam showing 3 crore 88 lac rupees in my CA statement . 2nd time VO said u have enough Qualification so u dont need MBA ... my frnd already got Visa in same university. plezzzz soem 1 help me ... what will you do after completiing your MS?
my visa was rejected twice of spring semester and i will apply for fall then i wiil go to visa interview then how i support at that time?

hi, i am permananent resident of usa i want to sponser my wife when i get my citizenship which is late 2011(apon advice of lawyer friend) my wife is coming to usa for education(f-1) only thing left in her student visa is her interview all her documents are complete she is coming for 4 year education program. only thing I am worried about is can they deny her visa based on that me(her husband) is in usa. I do know while she is studying in usa and i become citizen and sponser her she does not have to go back to her country even after her visa is expired. if they bring this point up in interview what could they ask and what should be best reply thank you very much
Hi Everyone, I discontinued my education in UK as my dad passed away recently. My visa to uk is still valid. I was just curious if this ,by any chance, considered a negative point to the VO?
