The call centre Industry has been a BOOM in the recent
past , There is always a transfer of knowlege from industry
to industry which can also be a productive. I have a sense
of understading how customer service could be handled with
more accuracy and efficently face to face with a customer .
which of course is more or less similar to handle customer
on phone .

For the reason that i have a sense of understanding
the customer fom his end
