am going to attend the H1B visa interview for US in the
October. i am testing engineer.
I would like to know that US company which filing my HIB is
a consulting company,having 27 employees.
They provided me all the documents,Ina come tax papers
employees salary details,photos,Offer letter except Client
papers. is it problem for me in embassy

Its better to have a client letter.If your consultant is
not able to provide the client letter and if the VO asks
about u r project tell him that your are going to work for
in-house project.

If the H1B Visa got approved, what is the proper procedure to get relieved from company A and join company B ? Will there be any legal issues? 2. I am going to apply for H1B Visa next month. Hi,My husband is approved for H1B visa and he needed to book for interview on September to go in October. He was once rejected B1 visa on March same year but we lost the paper and do not exactly remeber the reason of rejection but we know that it was because there was no enough ties for him in the UK and they were doubtful about if he would come back or not. If we cannot provide them the right reason, will they reject our visa. We have only got the papers which say that his H1B visa is approved.Please reply. Tina

Hi, My company has initiated H1b for me...am not sure, on my appliaction. This is because: 1. An from non IT background[Mech engg] & have only 2.3 years of IT exp 2. I did my Engg after my diploma in mechanical. Guidelines says it should be [10+2+4]...But i have [10+3+3].. Please answer this...Am very confused...
My husband had to go to Switzerland for work for a week,and also get his H1b Stamping from there. Now the consulate there said it would take 3 weeks to process, do you think it would create a problem. They have also asked for his resume???? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE suggest....he's not stuck cos cant enter US...shuld he go back to india or stay in switzerland to process it???
