In real time whenever we found bug , after that where you
send to that bug. send to T.Lead or Directly Developer. Plz

This is depended on the company process.
in our company we are sending the bugs directly to pm in
some projects (Here Pm sending to concernd developer)and
sending to developer directly who developed that
functionality in this case they will specify the developers
names in the release notes.
