surely,sir i wont be rejected for the visa,i believe in
gods and i have a much confidence that i wii be pass in
interview. if i will reject, i believe that"faiure is the
key of success."i will sure come back next time, when my
luck and hard work leads me here.

I'm a Nepali student? I want to go to US for further study? I'm from Nepal. My Uncle i.e. father's friend is gonna sponser me. He is rich enough to pay for me? I this condition how I should head to the consulate? What questions may be asked? What i should reply?
I got 3 rejection 2 in july & one in aug all 3 times i went 4 NYIT for pursuing my Master in computer science. I have done BBA & MEB (Master of E-business) now i ll try in december but this time i have change my uni as well as course This time i ll go for bridgeport uni and my course is MS in Technology mgt, so what would be my ans this time when they ask me why you have change your course? hey i already attended F1 interview twice and got rejected .I blocked those dates in emergency in chennai...i am south INDIAN , can any one please suggest me ...I want to attend the interview for the third time in emergency ...Will i face any problem during the interview??
I have got rejected my visa after issuing it the next day.bcoz they found my toefl test as fake.they took my toefl test score card and made me to write a letter of agreeing this misrepresentation of document.they have returned my passport by putting a cancelled stamp on issued visa stamp.can i have any chances to get visa again with genuine test score card.

i got rejected on dec 8th first,,dey said income source n all that,,,,,,,,,,,,,,when everything was well enough,,and again today on dec 17th..i got rejected..that guy said student intent to study is not seen, what on earth am i to do?...and i have again tried my luck for the last time. its on dec 29th..anyone please can help me with this? if i was not intended to study why would i be trying and trying/
i was interview ,the consulate ask me two question,why i choose the university,and i convinced him with that,secondly he ask me what is my sponsor i told him my uncle,he ask what he does i said an accountant in a school and firm,he send with the code that state i did not show capability to complete study for my bachelor program with enough finance and i dont have enough tie,i plan to lie this time for my next appointment in addition to what i gave.what do u thinK?

Hello, I request you guys to help me I am in need. Here is my situation: I got denial on Jan 15-2010. University where I applied: California international University (small university,course was international business studies) Sponsors: Were in USA(my sister) Family Situation: Father in Govt service Mother LIC Agent A Younger Brother(who is well settled) According to me I got denial cause I have sponsor over there. Now please suggest me what changes I should bring So that I ll get VISA. I have thought of few : Like in DS 156 not to mention about my younger brother so that it will be like "I am the only son & I have the responsibility to take-care of my parents"(though I know that they have my past records). Secondly: This time sponsor ship will come from my side (I ll manage that). If you guys have another inputs then please temme ASAP. Thanks in advance.
