COMMUNICATE WITH ONE P.C TO ANOTHER. TCP/IP ---- TCP
WORKS ON TRANSPORT LAYER & IP WORKS ON NETWORK LAYER. WITH
THIS COMBINATION, PACKETS ARE TRANSFERRED SAFELY FROM
SOURCE TO DESTINATION
