How many profiles we can add to role and if already user has 312 profiles the, how will you provide more profile to user?

we will create a reference user and assign the left over profiles to that the reference user and we will refer the ref. user to the dialog user in the role tab of SU01 T code.
In this way we can assign the profiles greater than 312 profiles.
