The most interesting difference is that some most of the fungi are commercially very useful. Some of the fungi like Aspergius niger are edible and are cultivated. They can be unicellular or multicellular and reproduce through bud.
But in case of bacteria, most of them are not useful. Buf some of the bacteria r used for medicinal purposes. They r always unicellular and reproduce through binary fission.
