Business process outsourcing is evolving field where everyone can join.
In BPO earnings asa well as learning happens at the same time.an evolving firm always needs a support team who handles customer in efficient manner to keep better customer relationship.if I am playing a role to handle customer which helps in growing of a firm this gives me a kind of job satisfaction
